FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions
Will counselling services be covered through my insurance?
That all depends. You can contact your provider directly to figure out who exactly they cover, and for how much. Between all of us, we are covered through a majority of insurance companies.
Do you direct bill?
At this time, we are only able to direct bill for Non-Insured Health Benefits/NIHB and Homewood Health.
How can I pay for my session?
We accept debit, credit, or e-transfer.
How do I make my first appointment?
You can either send us a message through our contact forms under the "Contact" tab, or you can send a message directly to the therapist you have in mind - their e-mails are also listed under the "Contact" tab. If you prefer to call, our phone number is (506) 454-1371 - feel free to leave a message if we don't answer right away, and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
Do you offer counselling services for youth? If so, what does that entail?
We do offer counselling services for youth. If they are under 16 years of age, a parental consent form must be signed.
Can I request a specific therapist?
Absolutely. Your choice of therapist is totally up to you - if you have someone specific in mind, please let us know or contact them directly. If you don't know who you'd like to speak with, that is okay too!
Do I need a referral?
Although we accept referrals, they are not required. You can reach out yourself to schedule an appointment.
Do I have to attend my session in person?
Nope! We offer phone and video sessions as well.
Where are you located?
We are located at 150 Main Street. You can find us at ground-level - our sign is on the door! We have ample free parking on-site.
